If you can keep your head...

Definitely agree with that. Optimism is importnat and so is not follwoing the crowd - who are preaching gloom and doom everywhere you look.

As Rudyard Kipling said
"If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs..."

We need to keep a cool head and always see the positive side of things.
